Update:  got some new items.  Sharpened straight tungsten for nagas.  Leper poison in general, crawler or black dragon on your side knife.  Blasting cap + crowbar + expose weakness for nagas and similarly tough enemies, can even add on a CACS because why not (I haven't tested if you can have cacs and blasting cap at the same time yet).  The kukri is a good side knife before you make a quality tichrome one.

It has lower persuasion because you need higher crafting now due to the All-in nerf.  You can make up the persuasion loss with special gear/consummables, but you need to use them at the right time.  Delayed EW to 30th since we have blasting caps now and you can make due without.  Premed comes early and we take some PK for electrokinesis; premed EK is a fantastic starter.  The extra psi cost doesn't hurt much; I didnt use too many psi boosters with the previous build and I never needed accelerators; they were largely wasted.

The new contaminated 12.7mm round got me thinking; we find toxic sludge barrels but they are never an environmental challenge like other exploding barrels (except when they are surrounded by gas I guess), you only get toxic sludge from them.  However, we find napalm barrels but can't get napalm from them.  That's inconsistent.  Anyway, toxic barrels you can shoot that start putting out toxic gas like a grenade (but maybe instantly?) would be cool and dangerous, and the usual suspects could throw them (and a hit would deal bio damage like a contaminated round in addition to creating a cloud).

It should just be a mechanic of the game, not a feat.  Visually it could be like an agility check where you just teleport from one spot to the next.  I agree it should require extra mp/ap and they cant be in the same tile.  Hopefully Infusion gets around this somehow (pun intended).

Ive already suggested that contraction be a feat that requires 7 will and lets you cast dilation on yourself for the opposite benefit.

The player has a set vision range.  Let the player see farther than that if they have a weapon with a range farther than that, matching the range.  So up to 20 with a sniper rifle, but only while the sniper rifle is the active weapon.  It would make sense if it only worked in the direction the player is facing, and maybe even only while "focused".  Right now in underrail, sniper rifles are the weakest gun type, so it's a balance concern, but it would also just be a really neat feature imo. 

Also, it would be good if there was an option to have the player change their facing direction without having to move.  Kinda bugged me in my runs where I have good detection; you want to be facing any incoming stealth enemies.

I was thinking; since you can wear, for instance, kevlar balaclavas and tabis that grant some DT, why not a kevlar shirt/jacket that grants some?  Just some DT, nothing else, but has no armor penalty.  Same for the other cloths.  If making models is easy enough to bother.

That 2nd one makes sense; it lets you bypass the burrowers.  The first one is pointless since you can go around without danger.
