It's already clear enough.  The green text will say "increased by 242% vs bullets" or whatever.  That's their number; it's right there on the screen.

Just tested, it works fine, but the stat sheet is not updated until the character moves. Maybe that was the issue?

I was just sitting still on a jetski while testing.  You shouldn't have to move, though.

The con bonus from the drug doesnt affect your damage reduction modification with conditioning.

What I'd like to see is him having regeneration of x/round/mutagen tank, including coming back to life if you bring his hp below zero kinda like the mushroom turrets, until you destroy all the tanks.  For dominating, at the very least.

I've recently seen the light of Hit and Run, however.  Not sure where I'd put it or what I'd take out, but Concussive Shots isn't a great feat.

168 is the highest I've heard of, pre infusion.  He's right about 120 being plenty though, especially if you have a really good fiber to pair it with.

How do they move monsters anyway?  Some of them are very heavy and its not like Ive seen working vehicles in this game, besides boats.

You dont need 5 str to hold the weapon, just to attack with it without penalty. 

Psicrab is for mages who want as much defense as possible, or for people going up against coil spiders without the tesla armor.  If that's not you, stick to the psi beetle carapace.  Actually, now that I think about it, you could get really good electricity AND heat protection with a galvanic antithermic psi crab vest.  So it would be great for burning shores for instance.

It has the 2nd best mechanical protection, but has 20% higher penalty.
It has good electricity protection; stacks with galvanic.
It has some heat protection, nice but not vital.
It grants a higher bonus to psi skills than psi beetle carapaces. 
Regen really isn't very good, that's true, but if it granted the psi cost reduction I'm not sure there'd be any reason to use anything else as a psi character unless you want to be nimble.

I don't think you can hard fail the DLC.  You always have an option to finish it, though you may fail joinable faction questlines.
