I think they need some kind of nerf.

One suggestion was scarcity; you are given 5 when you are accepted into Oculus and that's all you ever get.
My idea was to have them function as they are, except:

-only works on targets within a certain radius like a grenade (but perhaps larger, like 5 or 6 tiles wide), centered on the player
-applies a debuff to your stealth score of -X or -X% for Y rounds

This would keep it from working on every enemy on the map guaranteed, in fact you can't even be around a corner.  You need a good stealth score to keep from being instantly detected, and even if you have great stealth it might be challenging to get away.

Ive said before I think it will have something to do with the faceless.  I also believe it will have quads.  I don't see it being in west underrail, and while something like "hexagon only" is possible and would be neat; I doubt he wants to do a DLC anywhere in north underrail if the 2nd game is going to be there.

During the coretech warehouse assault, the coretech agents are wearing stealthy tacvests rather than the new coretech armor.  Not sure if that's a bug or not but I figured I'd report it.

I know of at least one that requires 11.  It does nothing.  You need 9 for philosophy 3 and to interpret everything a certain character says.  Most are around 7, and mainly just to make you seem smart. 

edit:  actually even with 9, there is at least one thing you wont understand that a certain character says

Somebody had two good ideas for grenades; I forget who.

One is a smoke grenade that blocks sight but otherwise has no effect on enemies.  The other is a chemfoam grenade that creates an impassable wall (that also blocks sight, I suppose) that can be destroyed by dealing damage.

You still get attacked by people at the docks if you're on a jetski stolen from ray's even if nobody saw you steal it.

That's correct.  Leper leather only resist mechanical damage; tabis never do.
