Bugs / Minor bug with Yahota during kidnapping

Once the professor has been kidnapped, if you talk to yahota on the navcom she says she's "in position", but you have the option to say "I need to speak to you in person, where are you?" or something like that and she responds "at the top of the lighthouse".

No.  I've only done the west storage depot and the horticulture center.  Happens not long after I exit the horticulture center.

Reloaded an earlier save, did the horticulture center again, exited map; no crashes this time, just some lagging/stuttering.  Exit one map south, 20 seconds later get another crash.

Looks like the same thing.

Managed to get to the next exit, turned around, tried to come back through and now it crashes each time I try.  Reloaded another save from right before exiting the center; can manage to get halfway back to aegis camp but it crashes everytime enroute.

Better enemy/ally AI is the biggest one, I think. 

Traps and psi need some work to not be so broken.

Personally I would love the option to zoom in and out. 

And allow tichrome crowbars pls, thnx. 

Silencers actually increase accuracy in real life.
Suppressors increase accuracy in real life. Silencers don't actually exist.

Right, right, and it's "magazines", not "clips", and it's "trigger discipline" and not "common sense".  Autism is a terrible burden, anon, you have my condolences.

It has something to do with being moderately encumbered; I can't get off this damn map without it crashing.  If I drop my excess weight and just go for it, I can do it.

edit:  crash still happens when I leave the map without encumbrance

Suggestions / Changes for traps

Spotted traps that aren't explosives should target your dodge score, using the trapper's trap skill as the attack skill.  If the attack fails, the trap goes off without effect (though an acid trap would still put puddles on the ground). 

Bear traps should be affected by strength like nets; stronger enemies get shorter durations.  It would be fair if acid traps were the same. 

Perhaps if the bear trap does no damage, the target is not affected; it fails to grab hold. 

Enemies immune to traps, like spiders, should either ignore the traps entirely without triggering them, or at least take damage from them without being held (a little mp drain would be nice as well). 

These changes would give incentive to put more than minimal points in the traps skill (aside from trap detection), and make dodge a better choice as well.
