You don't have an autosave from before you talked to clint?  Or a regular save?

I'm pretty sure he only bleeds while you're on the same map as him, and even then it takes quite a while.
I fought one bug and had to retreat. He died.

Can I even get an oddity? I may just have to play something else atm to cool off...=/

I reloaded. I went down trapdoor and back up, he dies. lol wtf

I see.  So if you exit the building without his girlfriend, he's scripted to die.  I do know that if you talk to him and leave the map the way you came, then come back later, he's alive.  Unless I'm completely tripping, I'm pretty sure I've done that before.

You don't get an oddity from him, but you do get an exp point for reuniting them.  There are oddities in the dungeon if that's what you meant.

I think anytime someone says "Institute of Tchort" they should be saying "The Institute of Tchort".
Not necessarily, both forms can be correct as long as they are being used consistently. There are many exceptions where you do not need to use "the", an obvious example being countries (and even then there's expections to the exceptions, like the US). The are many actual real life institutes and universities whose names are not preceded by "the". Articles are a big can of worms.

I figured it might be a different countries kind of thing, but I wasn't sure.  Nobody says it that way where I live.

Edit:  mostly ninja'd

If your health is at 85% or higher, you will regenerate slowly.  Also the doctor at SGS (and in a few other locations later on, potentially) will heal you for free.

There is a narrow little button at the bottom middle of the screen, click it and drag things down to your hotkey slots.  Or drag things from your inventory there (like lockpicks, haxxors, crowbar, healing items, whatever).  You disarm a trap, just put the cursor on the trap and click.  Stealth is a hotkey button, so is pickpocket.  You need to rightclick your lockpick/haxxor/whatever to use it on something, or hotkey it.  That's all the skills I can think of that you'd use on your environment besides combat stuff.

Lockpicks and batteries are not expensive.  Little tip:  do a specific thing for Old Jonas and he gives you a discount, and he sells both of those things.

Press tab to highlight, and press z to target enemies over loot piles or shelves or whatever

How do you guys deal with the poor accuracy?

Standing still and firing is okay, but you usually need to move around out of sight or you are toast, and then accuracy drops badly. I once tried to use a crossbow. Never again.

High detection, stealth, and traps.  Fights should almost always start on your terms.  Unless you're sniping an unaware opponent, your targets should be either stuck in traps or stunned.  And then there's night vision, which you should always be using if it's even a little dark.  Quick-tinkering makes a huge difference.

To fight the final boss or other extremely armored enemies, get your critical hit chance as high as possible and spam elemental bolts from a Cyclone.

corrosive bolts especially

Shock bolts, mainly.  If you have opportunist, get them into a bear trap.  Later on, bear trap + shock bolt MK 3 + anatomical super zephyr + critical power + opportunist + bowyer + elemental bolts + special tactics + sharpshooter + special attack goggles = dead tin cans.

edit:  wow, I somehow forgot to mention the most important part: deadly snares
