Gort is easily the best early game merchant IMO; he's always got the good shit for crafting.  Blaine gets you access to new things, sure.  Gort always has 4 flashbangs if you don't craft those yourself.  Whereas the eel merchant hardly ever buys anything and while sometimes he'll have that rare odd thing I need, I rarely buy anything from him.

I'm pretty sure it's an additional 200%, so it would be 9.  If you didn't have boots and/or a helmet the first time around, you either had a higher quality panel or maybe an armor plate in your vest.

I have my build all planned out.  It's basically a machete swordsman who stacks dodge/evasion bonuses and action-point bonuses and has a lot of move points (but not extremely so).  I'm sure I'll have to make room for expansion feats, but right now I intend to take tranquility and premeditation at some point.

Lu-c5:  chest on NE platform
Lower underrail b10:  chest on SW platform, wiki actually lists it in map description (just noticed)
Lux-b19:  chest across the river from oculus entrance
Port zenith basement, SW room, big crate has a ton of loot; first of that type of container I've ever seen to contain something
In the sewers, near acid gang hideout, one of the normal platforms has an unmarked trash pile (not the ones with crawlers)
Cc16:  one of the urinals in the SW part is a container
Polemos station tunnel bathroom has a toilet that is a container
In the hobo camp outside evelyn's bunker in foundry, there is a trash pile (probably intentional, given the loot)

I'm pretty sure there were more, but it's been a couple weeks now.

go towards mushroom cove, then head south; it loops around but the graveyard is on the opposite "side" of the loop from mushroom cove.
