When I enter the kitchen (the easternmost room) in Junkyard's Gambling house, the cook starts screaming and everyone attacks me. I imagine this happens so that it's not easy to sneak in the Gambling house from the kitchen's back door. But I entered the Gambling House normally through the front door (paying the entrance fee), so I shouldn't be attacked without warning. That's what I think, anyway.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Enter Junkyard's Gambling House through the front door, paying the fee.
2) Enter kitchen.
3) The cook starts screaming, and everyone attacks me.

After finishing Gorsky's questline in Core City, I aggroed the Muties right outside the base and ran back towards Gorsky. Gorsky and Sneaky came to help, but they don't see the Muties. So they just run back and forth while I combat the Muties alone.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Finish Gorsky's questline in Core City.
2) Leave base towards the south, sneak by the Muties.
3) Come back later (after Dirty Tom has set up shop). Right outside there are muties to the south. I aggro them and run back towards Gorsky, to get some help.
4) Gorsky and Sneaky come running to help, but they don't see the Muties and the Muties don't see them. So I fight it out alone with the Muties, while Gorsky and Sneaky just run back and forth while the combat is going on right next to them. Their barks show that they are looking for enemies but don't see any.

General / Dexterity and Rapid Reloader

Hi form Athens! What a great game you have made, bros.

OK, here is my problem with Rapid Reloader. I can't figure out how it combines with Dexterity.

Example:
Character with 6 Dexterity, Corsair sniper rifle 12.7mm (45AP) + Rapid Reloader. No bipod, before anyone asks. RR should give me -20% AP, and Dexterity should reduce the AP as well. But which one is applied first?

Scenario 1: First Dexterity, Second Rapid Reloader
Dex: 45 AP --> 43 AP (form the wiki page on Dexterity)
RR: 43 AP - 8 (20% rounded down) = 35 AP

Scenario 2: First RR, Second Dex
RR: 45 - 9 = 36
Dex: 36 -->34

Scenario 3: Both Dex and RR are applied to the base AP
Dex effect: 45 - 43 = 2 AP
RR effect: 45 - 36 = 9 AP
Final effect: 9+2= 11 AP
Final AP: 45-11= 35 AP

Note that in all scenarios above I would be able to shoot twice with adrenaline. However, the in-game answer is 36 AP for a shot, which does not permit shooting twice! What a disappointment. The mystery is how this 36 AP came to be.
