It would be nice if there was a special attack or a component that would allow you to shoot in three round bursts, or maybe just remove the cooldown from rapid fire

Actually you can just throw a flashbang or any other grenade and any npc in range will go and check the sound just make sure you stealth after throwing said grenade, you can also use temporal distortion on a camera or explosive barrel

And how about removing the recipes from the feat list and instead adding them to the game in the form of quest adquired feats? if it makes the game too easy then make them hard and or expensive to get
