Best chance is in Infusion; setting up the sprite sheets is a tedious process because the same model is screenshotted over and over but with different poses and 8 different directions. For example a character can have a sprite sheet for moving, attacking with a rifle, attacking with a pistol, attacking with a sniper rifle, attacking with a crossbow, attacking unarmed, moving while having a pistol equipped, moving while having a sniper rifle equipped, moving while having a crossbow equipped etc. Setting up the sprite sheet for a grenade launcher would require a bunch of different sprite states (being idle with the grenade launcher, attacking with the grenade launcher etc) that will have to be attached to every humanoid character model in the game that can use guns to avoid janky animations and invisible sprites.
Infusion will have 3D models though, so chances are it will be as easy as setting up the pose and animations that will be used by most humanoid characters.

The relatively small limit is I hope within the tendency of few methods of increasing your psi pool, the 2 most common ones increase it by about 40 in total (Philosophy and Meditation, the latter being mutually exclusive with Mania) and everything else increases it scarcely.
The difference between a bank and increasing it directly is that if it increases the psi pool directly it also increases the reserves, because the reserves are the psi pool multiplied. Plus it means your extra psi doesn't disappear into thin air because you took the headband off.

Mufflers are have a reduced multiplicative effect when combined with most other sources of psi reduction, plus it's less effective for cheap spells like Neural Overload. Plus even for expensive spells like Plasma Beam (70 psi) it's less effective at -25% psi reduction (approx 53 psi) than a 20 storage psi bank.

Safe Mode is the Second Wind equivalent for robots which provides stun immunity after a short circuit effect. The term "Safe Mode" implies that the robot is operating at a reduced capacity in order to become resistant to further short circuit attacks. According to Wikipedia:
"In safe mode, an operating system has reduced functionality, but the task of isolating problems is easier since many non-core components are disabled, such as sound."
Instead of being just the robotic equivalent of Second Wind, it should temporarily reduce stats while it lasts, including detection, movement speed, skills etc.

A rare component that can store psi mana at a rate of 1 per 7 quality rounded down (for example 20 at 140 quality). Instead of directly increasing the available psi at any given point (and subsequently the psi reserves because it's a multiplier of psi capacity) it stores psi like a battery that will be drained first when the player casts something, and it will regenerate when the player gets more psi than there is capacity for it (such as through natural regeneration or boosters).

I did the music puzzle by notepad, took about 2-3 hours mostly because of all the back-and-forth checking of what note gets converted to what after noting everything. I still have it but I can barely read it. Never again.

Weirdly enough the dialogue for Phreak appears normally again, I assume something along the way got tripped which is likely viewing his entry in (Oculus).

I think this could be the reason. Spoilers: You can learn about Phreak from several different sources, and his real name is not always revealed, so the player can refer to him in several different ways when talking to Jon (Mit Draper, Phreak, old hacker...). My guess is that there's a certain issue with how these flags are checked/set, so tell me, how did you learn about Phreak in the first place?
(Got in Motion enough times to end up in the facility with the coil spiders and all)
