He's kind of weak for a leader of military branch of the Institute and doesn't even have a single feat. I think giving him some feats like for example Aimed Shot, Execute and High-Technicalities as well as maybe some grenades to throw at the player would be a good addition.

Aran will attack the player even if you gave Acorn to Cathcart and then tell Aran that Cathcart has it. Not sure if intended since he even mentions that he will have a chat with consul oliver.

Deacon from Rail Crossing secret shop seems to be an Oculite given his dialogue about 'initiated people'. If that's the case I think it would be reasonable that after joining Oculus, Constantine or someone else could tell player about Deacon's shop, allowing to bypass the Perception check.

I'd add to that Ola from JKK also would make sense to sell black cloth and padding. As it is, he mostly sell very random stuff and tabi boots.

Knee Wound in fact does not count as bleed at all, but is rather an unique Damage over time effect. Attacking a target with melee weapon  which was previously shot with Kneecap Shot does not give  any Taste for Blood stacks or work with Eviscerate.

The description is kind of misleading.

This information on the wiki appears to be outdated (from almost ten years ago).

Both threshold and resistances are taken into account when you are hit. First, threshold reduces the damage by flat amount, and then whatever penetrated it, is reduced by % of your resistances

All builds need direct damage (since you need to kill your enemies to win) but some also excel at crowd control.

You can try chemical pistol and watch your enemies slowly melt in acid while being immobilized as well as freeze or burn them.

Feats more or less in order.

You start the game with a normal pistol and once you reach Jukyard, you buy parts from Fixer to craft yourself an acid chem pistol. In the offhand you can either take cryopistol or fire pistol since mutants are immune to acid. Fire pistol can also help with triggering Ambush feat if you take it, while cryo pistol allows to trigger Execute in case you ae unable to stun them with the dirty kick

Yes, it's bugged. Few people have already noticed this issue but it hasn't been fixed yet.

If you first bring over the naval mines to marcus first, then activate turrets and lastly NAGA protector, interaction with Marcus is bugged and the quest cannot be completed despite him giving you cash for all of these.
If you talk to marcus only after activating both turrets and naga or activate the turrets lastly, the quest works normally.
