Perception and Guns are your damage stat when using ranged weapons. If you use pistols and sniper rifles, aimed shot feat is your bread and butter and if you take SMGs or ARs you use burst attack.
Hacking/lockpicking and Persuasion are out of combat skills so you are free to take them if you can afford the points.

Is there any weapon in particular you want to use?

Thanks a lot for the build, I am strongly considering it for my first run (Dominating). I did a couple of test runs to level 4-6 or so with this and a Versatility version, and I think I'll end up liking this better.

Any thoughts given to Ambush? You have the Perception for it, and it seems an good bet for replacing some of the feats people have been 'meh' on. With Hit and Run you should be able to set it up easily.

EDIT: More specifically, I'm considering these changes to feats and skills but otherwise sticking to this build. Anything I should worry about doing so (keeping in mind I am a noob)?:

Ambush is good if you can afford a slot for it. Of these feats, Interloper is probably the least useful.
I would lower hacking and lockpicking and maybe persuasion/mercantile and get some pickpocketing. Highest hacking check outside of one place in Deep Caverns is 110 effective and you are very unlikely to need more than around 100 lockpicking

If you ignore Horticulture mission and explore all remaining ruins besides it, you can report to Oldfield the discovery of submarine, leading to the talk about JSHQ, ACORN and Abyssal Station Zero, despite the fact that he hasn't told you anything about ACORN before. You can then after getting acorn report to him about abyssal station, ending the expedition without even advancing through expedition questline and receiving info from Oldfield about the subject. Possibly unintended.

During the introduction to the second preservation quest when i pretended to not know about the west wing, and in the next text, medicant's icon has gone missing briefly.

I always approached them from caerus without issues. I think the problem was that if you are too fast walking you can walk past them before they initiate dialogue, making them hostile.

They turn instant hostile if you wear any tchortist armor.

(Might have something to do with having clicked beyond the guard before his dialogue stopped me? Not sure, but I didn't enter the restricted area.)
Yes, if NPC initiates conversation your character still goes to the spot you clicked so you can accidentally get yourself killed this way. If you click on stairs in Praetorian HQ before being allowed to get there you will similarly initiate hostilities after the dialogue with the guardian ends.

I dont unterstand how All in can help with craftig. It reduces Intelligence by 3 so all crafting skills are lowered?

All In increased intelligence in previous version of the game. This is no longer is the case and hypercerebrix is the only way of increasing INT now.

Refurbished weapons are okay but on higher levels you are better with crafted weapons. Same with armor and headwear. Seeker Goggles give you a very big crit chance boost so it's hard to pass them up on character who uses guns.
You can skip Nimble if you want, the dodge bonus is quite weak unless you put all points in dodge/evasion.
Opportunist is not that useful for sniper rifles since you already one shot majority of enemies.
With your high Perception you won't probably need detection bonus from paranoia, so if you want the bonus initiative you can take Trigger Happy isntead.
If you keep Nimble, dodge and go for 8 AGI you can take Uncanny Dodge feat to get a bit of leverage in case a melee enemy gets too close to you.
Other feats of note are Recklessness, Hit and Run and Three-Pointer(requires 7 DEX).
If you want you can go with almost no crafting and use only unique items but you will be noticeably weaker. On difficulties below Dominating this however shouldn't matter a lot, so if you are interested in only unique weapons/armor character, feel free to go for it.

There isn't much to comment at the moment since it is level 1 build.
You can lower the CON and put it into AGI or PER if you want. With 7 agility you can take Hit and Run feat which works well with pistols since you will be moving a lot when using them(pistols ignore 40% of target evasion when in close range).

Hey guys,
600 hours in the Game but dindt play for some years.
A lot of things just seem complete new to me :D

This build is working great so far!
Not like the pure psy i did last time before the nerf but maybe that was why it got nerved.

Just one question:
Best fraction with this build is Coretech, right?
Coretech is good with everything.
Anyways, you can join other factions if you want, the differences are not that impactful. JKK gives you very good free armor for your lower levels before you can craft a good infused rathound leather armor. Oculus merchant covers more or less everything Coretech has, although he sells those items less regularly.
