First playthrough is constantly checking the wiki page to know where to go, and who to talk to.
I have seen similar complaints from other people on reddit.
You frequently have 5+ quests active. Dialogues are long and often skipped even on a first playthrough.
It's extremely hard to remember where you need to go in a quest you took 2 days ago, what directions you were given, etc..
Quests notes need to give more details and directions on what you need to do.
I find myself constantly looking at wiki for literally every quest, so i am sure others do the same.
No need to have a pip-boy with GPS coordinates to solve the quest, but some more detailed notes and directions would be very helpful.
