Thanks for the decent game. Oddity system and crafting are amazing. And overall game is done very thoroughly.
In my case (v. 0.1.12.2) Biotech warehouse episode was broken. The mercenaries didn't proceed to the second room. So I had to fight them all by myself.
Also the mercenaries tended to stack in one map cell (see

, there were four of them).
I've read in the wiki that there supposed to be waves of attackers. The last wave just stayed in the map entrance area (see

). And it was also a stack of three or four NPCs.
