Issue: text input fields don't support localized input (1.3.0.15)

We need to be able to switch the keyboard layout (using the standard Windows shortcut, preferably) for things like entering your character name, using the filter function in the Feats tab, naming your saves.

Check localization\srpski\knowledge\keyboard.txt for how to map characters.

I know this is not ideal for text input, but it's what I got for now.
