Defeating the Faceless Blockade near Core City

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to defeat the Faceless blockade near Core City.

I went there with my level 24 Psionic armed to the teeth and massacred countless of them, then retreat back, then kill again. They seem to come over and over, are they an endless spawn?

Yes, they spawn endlessly. There no way to defeat them.
