Fetid Marsh Jump Prompts Not Working

The circled prompts in the attached pictures don't work.
In the first one, the two prompts don't activated no matter where I click them from.
In the second, I can jump into the corner, but I can't just back despite having 13 Agility.

Was your character encumbered by any chance?

The first two are only meant to be used from the other side.
