Where can i find a changelog for 1.1.0.12b that is available on gog and when to expect the next bug fixing update?

Yes, i currently use 1.1.0.14 and my question was about future updates. Is there some todo list or a page with current bug reports? Something similar to killap's RP page for Fallout 2.
