Can someone list Intelligence speech checks

Just so I can get an idea of how much I would need so I can get an idea while starting a new character, as the wiki does not list them all.

I know of at least one that requires 11.  It does nothing.  You need 9 for philosophy 3 and to interpret everything a certain character says.  Most are around 7, and mainly just to make you seem smart. 

edit:  actually even with 9, there is at least one thing you wont understand that a certain character says

Most of INT checks isn't that useful, it's basically adds a bit of hints on current quest, which can be solved by visiting Wiki. Philosophy is good, but not a must for non-psi, unless you're not ability-starved / need 7 Int feats. Technically speaking, 7 Int is enough, since there's drug which increased your INT by 2
