Cheesy cheaty question | Restricted feats

Heya!

I'll make it quick.

Is it somehow possible to cheat it so you can have for ex. the feats Increased strengh and Increased agility or Transquility or (That other psi feat which blocks out Transquility if you pick it.) ?

That would be all.
