DLC components quality

Is it possible to find 160+ components in DLC? Currently looking for stealth and electronics components, because i chose Protectorate and Praetorian for my AR/Sniper.
Constantine sometimes has 150+ or maybe higher, but i think i went wrong with Praetorian, Coretech was a better choice. Where to find HQ black cloth and soft padding? Damn, i hate this game.

I think you might find only 160 + DLC leathers. Which isn't bad at all. You can become immune to melee damage with Sea Serpent scales and Leper Serpent skin plus have high phys resistance to bullets. I believe the only places you could find those components of said quality before DC are Constantine and Kiro.

I totally forgot about Kiro. Does he sell HQ items?
Also, Ezra sometimes sells arond 150+ quality parts.

Kiro can randomly have good stuff, yes.

I don't often check on Ezra, but if you want to take your time go for it.

I've found plenty of 159-161 materials in the Abandoned Waterway Facility. I got myself a 159 black cloth, 161 Tungsten Plate, ~160 cloaking components. I skipped the psi stuff, but I think I found some really good ones too

How to get there? I've heard this is a new dungeon but haven't found it.

It's between the Silent Isle and Depot A on the map. Accessible only with jets.

Found 150+ kevlar cloth and blast cloth there, maybe i'm out of luck.
