Possible sgs council bug

If you tell Tanner about the gang showdown right after waking up from the post-drill parts cutscene when Gorsky is in the room with him, Gorsky will not be at the meeting.  I realize this may be intentional but it feels a bit off.

It's intentional, and Gorsky does say he is heading to Core City straight away at the start of the conversation.
