Convincing Cathcart to investigate Holloway's claims gives the same reward as simply scaring/persuading holloway to surrender, making investigating claims option just pointlessly long walking between the two locations multiple times.

I think it would make sense if this option gave player bonus XP or a better reward from Consul.

The protectorate questline gives 2 or 3 less exp total than the free drones.  More exp couldn't hurt.

Very funny to hear that. Especially in contrast with "don't kill Phreak, you're loot goblin, bla-bla-bla".

My counter-suggestion: give nothing if you do bloodpath with renegades. Yes, nothing, zero reward, no XP, no oddity, no USD, nothing. This is true hardcore.
