Possible rig bug

I just remembered something from back during the beta test that I now realize was probably a bug; dunno if its been fixed since then:  if you're on a jet and are driving close to the rig, the doberman can engage in its staredown with you.  I think that should only happen when you're on foot.

The pit bull also can engage with a jet skier, if one's unlucky.

If leave the gate open, the dogs can wander to the southern side.

Fixed for the next update. From now on they'll occasionally growl at the player if this situation occurs.
