Psychophract Exoskeleton Agility Pen. Negation Bugged

Unlike what is said in the description of the skill Exoskeleton Power,
"Increases strength by 2 and movement points by 25 and negates the Agility and movement speed penalties of the armor"
No agility negation is given, and the player still has their agility lowered by 4

(This was encountered in lower caves outside camp hathor, but likely occurs everywhere else)

That's because that was the only exoskeleton that had -4 agi penalty instead of -2. Fixed the ability to properly compensate for 4 in that case.
