Failed to load save game , Zone Transition Error

Happens every time if you reload game manually few times while playing , after you load game next time you transition "zone transition error " pops up and then if you load from main menu it gives "Failed to load save game" for a while , i know its EA but its close to the end and this is not a minor issue

P.s. Verification letters in this forum is fuckin joke ! impossible to read them correctly if its A or R and need some plugins to listen to them lol

I thought it is something like that , because of the nature of bug, appearing only after several hours of gameplay . Will try to turn the game on and off every few hours and if that doesnt help will use the patch thank you for it .
