How to open the door to Burrower Caves

I've completed "Open The Sealed Door" task from Gorsky, he restricted me to go there immediately, so I spoke to Quinton but nothing happened.
Gorsky and Tanner left to Core City, the door is still sealed.

How do I get to Burrower Caves at GSM compound?

Talk to Quinton in the agronomy level and he will convince gorsky to give the access card to you.

If my memories are right, you have to persuade Gorsky just after you give him the key to open the first door and he understands it's filled with burrowers.
So, there's a persuasion test, and then he gives you the key.

Anyway, it's not very important to go there, it's just full of burrowers, unless i missed something big.

You are, as noted, supposed to be able to bypass the Persuasion check by getting Quinton to nerd out about the burrowers and make Gorsky give you the keycard, but if Gorsky has already left for Core City that might not be possible anymore. But you're not missing anything except a few oddities that you can definitely get elsewhere, and a whole lot of burrowers. They definitely sealed the door for a reason.

I managed to get the keycard from him in the Zone Rat hideout with zero persuasion whatsoever, nor do I remember talking to Quinton or anyone else about the door with this particular character.
