Quinton sells bugged Chemical Pistol frame and screencap no longer works

Underrail 0.1.12.2, Windows 8.1 64bit, screen capture (Win PrtScn) no longer works with underrail. All I get is a white image. At level 15 Quinton sells a 44 quality Chemical Pistol Frame with ridiculous minimum mechanical and chemical stats. Like 1600 mechanical and 800+ chemical or something.

Since screen capture doesn't work, I have to do it ghetto style with a camera:

I could have sworn the PrtScn key worked in the previous release of Underrail. I had managed to take a screenshot of an area with no exit before but found that someone else had reported that bug so something in the latest release broke that functionality.
