Pickpocketing against Tranquilized targets shouldn't fail

As in the title, it would be neat if an "incapacitated" target couldn't stop you from pickpocketing them.

I remember trying this, always thought you should be able to steal so long as the suspicion bar allows it, but it seems to auto-fail.

I meant, auto-succeeding even if the suspicion bar is full.

Turning them enemies is fine, but if they're stunned by crawler poison or tranquilized, seems a little silly you can't mug them for a key or something and run away even if you suck at pickpocketing.

That seems somewhat unbalanced since your pickpocketing skill no longer matters? You can do strong stuff like disarm crossbowmen completely if you take away their bolts because crossbows don't have internal magazines.

IMO it really could be unbalanced, what I remember is that pickpocketing failed no matter what, regardless of suspicion, is that how it works? Only that part should be fixed but this is just my opinion.

Most situations in which you can tranquilize a target without aggroing an entire town is a situation where you probably couldn't reasonably use pickpocket, or you could just as easily quietly assassinate them and avoid even having to bother.
