You can still ask West at Foundry about "strange item" even after you already free Huge who told you everything.
Seems a bit off.
That happens only when you don't have enough Persuation for West I guess.

The same applies to everyone else in Foundry, I believe. You're able to ask all of them about the strange item until you report back to the Faceless. It's not a bug, technically, but you have a point about it being off.

I'll take care of it at some point. It's a low priority issue.
