Razor in port Crag becomes invisible and untargetable

Razor becomes invisible and untargetable after I start combat.
I can hit him with grenades, it is possible to see where he is judging by the movement path bending around his position, but not possible to hit him with direct attacks.

Becomes visible when he throws grenades.

He is visible when he has knife equipped.
Apparently the game has no images for him when he has shotgun in hands.
