Tool tips improvement for Spear and related feats

The tool tips should be improve to mention Spear Guard only applies to melee mechanical damage as it doesn't really specify if it could also block ranged damage.

So pretty much for:
Spear Guard description
Spear Guardian
Fend
Logged
