Item error(s)

Saban (foundry guard beast quest guy) dropped this ammo; not sure what it was supposed to be.  I also get this error for Twitch and the Twitch blueprint on all of my saves, I didn't used to and I'm not sure when that started.

Fixed Saban's ammo bug. As forTwitch, could you try verifying your game files? One player had a similar bug with the Juice blueprint, and it turned out that somehow the item file got corrupted, and only that single file.
