grenade + temporal manipulation & thought control build:

at the start invest in 15 electronics immediately so you can get the feat for shields (otherwise you don't have good feats at level 1)
afterwards rush throwing and chemistry to make frag mk IVs asap. when you hit level 10 you will have the points to spare for crafting, until then you should max lockpick, hacking, throwing and mercantile each level
most of the time you kill everything with grenades, when that doesn't work you have neural overload & enrage + LoC or for single targets temporal distortion + stasis
put all your specialization points into three pointer for maximum damage
