Feat Names and unpacker

Hi,

I am trying to change the gunslinger feat but cannot locate it if I search for “gunslinger”. In the attached screenshot, I have circled the entry I think might be gunslinger. Is this correct? If it is, I know that I need to replace the parts between NUL and SOH with the new desired feat. However, looking at the entry circled in red, which parts would that be?

I'm not big on save editing, but I remember there's some feat that can't be replaced, and it looks like Gunslinger is one of them, because it doesn't have the same NUL SOH line thingy. There's ancient thread somewhere in here posted around 2013 which basically a tutorial about it and someone posted some of the feats that can or couldn't be changed.
