waterways visual bug

i was using a jet to go arround the waterways and i found a boat with an npc called skitter on it. when i left the hex and reentered it i saw the back piece of a ship (i think its a scaler ship) floating midair. i could go through it and it also jittered a bit. the bottom part of the texture (like a ring idk how to describe it) kept jittering all the time when i was near it  (it just kept dissapearing-reappearing)

Yeah, it's from one of the random ships. It's just a visual glitch, so nothing to worry about. Fixed it for all future events.
