Can't sell Reef Glider

So I got the Glider all the way from JSHQ to Ray, having sold in the last completed run, but this time with 140 merc so that I can get the full 20k

but I can't, I can ask Ray "I'd like to sell a ski to you" but then the option isn't there, I tried with the key (last time I didn't have it), I tried without the key, I tried moving it about the docs, and I even went all the way back to JSHQ, picked up the broken parts, and tried putting then in the trunk and in the active slot and still nothing, googling "can't sell Reef Glider" didn't bring anything, So I believe that this is a bug

Game version 1.1.4.5 (current stable) [Forgot to add: Hard dif]

I opened the main gate, parked the jet ski inside his shop and sold it to him without issues. He doesn't need the key for it, for the record (and I did get 20k, so you're good.)
