I was trying to make Razor reveal his backstory but the dialogue option looks bugged, he refuses to talk about it despite already discussing with him how he lost his eye, getting all training from him, giving him the Salvation shotgun and completing the pirate questline.

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1kb8eO_xgIOJFP37N3OXn8vsVr25pd9QL?usp=sharingEdit: It seems as if his backstory dialogue gets bugged at certain point in the pirate storyline, my new character got info from him on the spot right after joining pirates while on yet another old save he didn't want to talk at all too(i finished few pirate quests there).
He also sometimes asks to pay for basic naval training even if you already have it and you can ask for advanced training only after paying again for basics.
Additionally, Razor asks you before the second raid about your jet ski skills even if you have took the lessons from him earlier which makes it look as if he forgot about teaching you (probably just an oversight).
