This build is a non psychic Spec Ops build that is so ridiculously overpowered your pretty much done with the game by level 14.

Required Equipment:

>8.6mm Steel Cat w/ Rapid Reloader + Muzzle Break (Inferno Rounds Optional)
>5mm Impala/Jackrabbit/Jaguar w/ same + Electroshock / AP Ammo
>12.7mm Sniper Rifle
>Ceramic Plate + Tac Vest
>All the Grenades
>Taser

Ever wondered what it felt like to fire 4 bursts in a single turn?  Or to Snipe, use Aimed Shot, then fire off a final round from your sniper rifle, killing 3 heavily armored targets before combat even begins?  To burn through an average of 1 magazine per turn?  Having 500+ Damage Crits at level 12?  To double fist hand grenades and flashbangs every 3rd turn?  To unload 9 rounds of inferno ammo into an incapacitated invictus, almost guaranteed to light him on fire?

Ah, you know what?  I just realized the late game feats are kind of unoptimized.  I just took 6th shot and uncanny dodge because they were what made sense at the time, I think thats when I beat Invictus and shotguns were the best way to get stun on him.  I took Uncanny dodge cause I was fighting like 20+ natives and some would always manage to close in to melee range, but suppressive fire and hit and run were just kind of tacked on because i was getting bored with the game.  6th shot and uncanny dodge are still good, but they don't synergize with anything and uncanny dodge requires ajility upgrades. 

I think you'd be better off with ambush and blindsiding.

So depending on what you want to do, the feats at 22 and 24 are

Class A: SMG Close Quarters Combat

hit and run
suppressing fire

Class B: Sniper Rifle Marksman

ambush
blindsiding

Class C: Shotgun Breach Specialist

Barrel Stare
Fragmentated Chaos

everything else stays the same.

Using this build on my first playthrough, I'm enjoy it quite a bit.

Is it just a ceramic tac vest the whole game? I assume goggles are used early on
