Important! Questnotes
« on: April 06, 2015, 07:28:32 am »
Hello,

I often gather quests and leave to a other location accept another quest and explore a bit. Thats standard in a RPG.

Problem here is i have only that short Notes for the quest in the Questbook. BUT what i need is that the Questbook too saves the complete progress of the Quest and the Conversations.

I can realy not remember what the NPC says to me after 2 days real time especielly the longer quests. So i sit there and have no idea what to do next. After i read wikki underrail i see that aha that guy give me some hints in a long conversation. BUT i cant read this again to think about it, all i have is a Entry like: "found X and Report Back" thats to less, by far to less for a RPG Game sorry.

This Game needs a Diary where all the conversations can be re read...

Whatever its a nice RPG Game i love, but it needs realy some Maps, Diarys and other Stuff.

Yes I agree with you, very often I had to check the wiki in order to finish a quest because I didn't remember the details that the quest giver told me. I know that it is still possible with the help of the log to re-read the dialogue, but after one or two combat(s) or if you load a save you can't do that anymore. So yes it would be great to have a quest notebook more detailed, especially for the quest giver who don't repeat the information about the quest, example (if I remember correctly) the guy in Junkyard who is looking for his knife.

And of course the map seems to be essential for a lot of people, I saw a couple of threads on the subject but there wasn't real answer. Plus I read that the current version is the last before the release, so my question is will there be maps in the final version ? Even if we have to buy them, craft them or draw them automatically when we explore the different zones, it would be very useful to have a map.

Edit : If the developers want something more roleplay for quest notebook and the dialogue issue, maybe we could have some kind of voice recorder with the possibility to record conversations related to quests or something like that.
