Mysterious Lady gone?

I am not sure if this is a bug, but it appears the mysterious lady has vanished. I had told her that I had to think about it, and coming back after a (long) while, as I remembered I had forgotten to talk to her again, she is gone! She had talked to me in Core City. 

I have just completed the main JKK plotline in Core City.

Any comment on this? Just want to know if this is normal, or a bug (and thus giving hope it will be fixed). This has taken the wind from my sails when it comes to playing Underrail right now.
