I'm trying to use the Michael Burge editing method to do the Everard Assignment once again, because i fucked it up the first time by sugesting suicide to Todor. So, I edited the file to do the quest, but i could not despawn Todor nor JackQuicksilver. When I tried to edit the save file, I already had finished his questline. I would like to know if anybody knows exactly which sequence i must edit to despawn Todor in Foundry Jail and JackQuicksilver in Core City.
