After completing the Health Center quest and collecting the keycard from the dead security captain and implanting the microchip into my hand I went to Joint Security Headquarters.
There, instead of having to give away all my items, I was able to just go through after the bioscan, which is, as far as I understand, a consequence of one of the actions I did at health Center.
The problem is that after visiting all rooms, interacting with all consoles, killing natives at the entrance there is no option to report to Oldfield on the radio nor in person.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
