Shooting through doors

In combat you can close a door behind you but the enemy can still shoot you without opening the door. The player can also do this.

Locking the door doesn't make a difference, the enemy can still shoot through it without opening.

I think the problem here is that if you close the door while the enemy is standing in the doorway, you can still shoot at each other.

I'll fix it so that you cannot close the door if the doorway is occupied.
