Question re:Locus of Control
« on: December 25, 2020, 10:05:40 pm »
Lot of questions from me today, guess I'm being a problem child on Christmas ...

Anyway, Locus of Control description states: gain immunity to ... mind control for 3 turns. Does this means you are immune to all Thought Control abilities including Neural Overload and Bilocation?

"Activate this ability to remove and gain immunity to stun, fear, incapacitation, and mind control for 3 turns.

While this effect is active you can invoke any thought control ability as an area of effect ability, but that will end the effect."

No.

It's just making you immune from thought control ailments, like fear or enrage.
But it doesn't protect you from "physical" ailments, like entangled, cold and fire effects, poison, etc.

Yes, Locus of Control makes you immune to all TC abilities from my experience, including overload and psi cognitive interruption. Though IDK if it makes you immune to bilocation if its already been cast on you, like IDK if it makes you immune to its 'punches' or whatever.
