Riot Gear with shield AR enemy

This Black Crawler enemy somehow wears Riot Gear with shield and AR at the same time despite it being impossible to carry two handed weapons with it.

It's a riot gear generator bug. It still had a chance to generate overcoat/shield even if explicitly disabled. Fixed for the next patch.
