Recover the A-RFID Chip Crane mechanical repair kit bug

If your mechanics is very low you get a text explaining that you are too unskilled to repair the crane with normal repair kit which seems to work as intended. If your mechanics is high however and you try to fix it, nothing happens while your repair kit disappears without even a narration text explaining what has happened and the crane is still broken.

Advanced repair kits should work fine. Regular ones are causing the problem. Fixed for the next patch.
