Rig Infiltration Persuasion option

If you disguise yourself by wearing Work Coverall and you meet a Black Eel, the Persuasion option is bugged and if you answer anything other than '1. Yeah', the dialogue auto ends and you can walk around without passsing the persuasion check.

Found related issue,
Option 2 to pretend to be sent by silas is missing if player has 3 Intelligence (worked at 5 INT). Not sure if this is intended or not since the dialogue option is missing the [Intelligence] check disclaimer.
