When you first meet with Rista, a sudden problem pops up...

Objectives
* Psycho, one of the dangerous NPS specimens has escaped its enclosure at the Institute of Tchort. You are given a portable neural pacifier to use on the creature, but you can only do so after you weaken and incapacitate it, you may also put Psycho in Stasis. If Psycho is accidentally killed, the consequences will be dire.

Walkthrough
Head to the lower level of the genetics lab. There you will find a special psi-beetle, Psycho, on the loose.

Damage Psycho until its health is fairly low (around 25%) and then stun or incapacitate it. It should turn neutral and become permanently stunned, allowing you to approach it and attach the Portable Neural Pacifier Rista gave you.

Once the pacifier is attached, return to Rista.

Gorsky needs something to aid them in the fight against Black Crawlers.

Objectives
* Gorsky wants you to find a way to enter the Protectorate warehouse at the Core City Docks and recover a shipment of energy shield emitters. Sneaky might have some clue as how to get in.

Walkthrough
You need to get into Port Zenith to steal an Energy Shield Emitter Shipment.

To get in, you need to either:
* Acquire Bob's Port Zenith Security Pass and walk in via the front entrance (needs 70 effective persuasion skill, possible only if playing a male character)
* Sneak inside via the ventilation shafts beneath docks
** You can sneak and lockpick the utility room door, or pickpocket its key from Superintendent Rubin (31 effective skill required).
** You can intimidate (60 effective skill) or bribe the dock superintendent to let you in. The bribe is 50-200 charons depending on effective mercantile.

If you have Bob's pass and uniform equipped, you should be able walk around without provoking hostilities as long as you aren't too close to anyone. Otherwise you'll have to either sneak around - or kill everyone in sight. A Protectorate Heavy Gunner and a Protectorate Sentinel are patrolling the base. Another heavy gunner and a Protectorate Shock Trooper stands guard near the entrance. Rest of the personnel are civilian workers.

Once you're safely inside the warehouse area, you need to get into the warehouse #2:
* Steal Master Storage Key Card (Port Zenith) from a desk in one of the offices.
* or hack the warehouse #2 shutter doors

Alternatively, the robbery can be avoided entirely:

Gorsky reluctantly admits that all he needs are 10 High Quality Shield Emitters, which in his words means that a Merchant would be willing to pay 200 charons for each one (This is only true on normal difficulty, on higher difficulties merchants will pay less, the condition is that the Emitter must have a value of 6000 or more). Gorsky says that you should prioritize High Frequency Emitters, but what he says isn't very important.

Once you have the Emitters, put them in the locker in the back, and report to Gorsky so he can check them.

Bromine Lover: wrote some stuff, like, it's probably right. might be some grammatical mistakes, English is foreign to me

The Tchortists are a joinable faction that can first be encountered through their missionaries in Core City, they are headquartered in the Upper Underrail, and play a large role in the later events of UnderRail.
Description
At a first glance, the Tchortists appear to be a cult who worship an entity they refer to as Tchort, whom they insist is an entirely physical and real being. Described as an Esoteric Sciento-Religious community, they have, despite outward appearances, made a number of strides in the sciences, and are the only group (besides Coretech) that been shown to do in South UnderRail. Thus they appear to be more than just a cult in worship of a fictitious being.

Tchortist members can be easily identified through the hoods that they wear, it appears as though all Tchortists don hoods outside their Institute, but members inside the Institute may choose to forgo them. In addition, one may recognize a Tchortist by rank or position simply by the appearance of their uniform.

Tchortists employ other cultish mannerisms through their usage of special greetings. Tchortists expect to be greeted by "Tchort is evolution" the response to which is "Evolution is Tchort". They express farewell by saying "Tchort guide you". Tchortists are expected to refer to their senior ranking members very graciously; primarily Eidein which is referred to as "His Illustriousness". Newer members are often forgiven for accidentally neglecting such formalities.

Eidein is the founder and prophet of the Tchortist religion, since he is the first and one of few to claim to have personally interacted with Tchort, he is viewed with the utmost respect by all of the Institute's members, and is revered as only second to Tchort in their religion. Perhaps this reverence is in place, as the Tchortists and Eidein himself both claim that he has been alive for hundreds of years.

It appears as though the true goal of Tchortism is genetic evolution, Tchortists believe that by following their religion and by advancing their scientific capabilities they can ascend to the apex of what a Human being can be, and walk the surface again, Tchortists already have genetically modified humans within their ranks, so this goal may not entirely be out of reach. Tchortists make great use of biological terminology and view themselves as being genetically superior to their enemies; both Faceless or otherwise.
Milton asks if you've seen two men in the caves and promises a reward if you retrieve a key from them.

Objectives
* Milton wants a footlocker key carried by two men supposedly located somewhere in the caves. Find the key and bring it to him

Walkthrough
Corpses of the two men and Footlocker key (Caves) can be found some ways to south-southeast, across the river, in the middle of a rathound pack.

Through a Mercantile check (36<) one may convince Milton to double the reward to 100 Stygian coins.

The footlocker contains a laser pistol and some batteries, easily worth ten times the reward Milton offers you. Its lock can also be picked (55 skill required).
It is possible to loot the footlocker without aggroing Milton. To do this, place a TNT Charge next to the destructible rocks north of the cave. When the charge explodes, Milton will go investigate the noise, providing ample time for the player to pick the lock and loot the container.
