The task is simple. You are to murder a protectorate envoy right outside the train station at Rail Crossing. He is escorted by 3 protectorate troops.<br />

Deal with them and go meet the mysterious lady right outside Junkyard gate. You will get the password to Free Drones Base from her.<br />

Once that's done, all you have to do is find the Free Drones Base in the under-passages. Follow Sarah's instructions (head south from the railway T-intersection outside Rail Crossing and enter the underpassage to the west) and you'll find it.<br />

Only the envoy is the assassination target, killing the the protectorate guards is optional. If the guards are left alive, they will disappear after completion of the quest.<br />
