* Captain Harve is impatient about the arrival of the recovered supplies. He asked you to go back to South Railroad Outpost and learn when the supplies will be leaving for Rail Crossing.

== Walkthrough ==
After informing [[Captain Harve]] of the train's delay, he asks you to visit [[South Railroad Outpost]] once again and ask how long it'll take for the train to reach Rail Crossing.

Head there and talk to [[Major Clifton]]. He will tell you to go see Ambassador Athanas in the embassy below SRO. Athanas offers you an opportunity to join the Protectorate as a special agent. If you accept, head to Fort Apogee in [[Upper Underrail]].
